Various Quantitative Surveys

Best Self-Surveys:

A survey that produces a description of one’s positive attributes and their unconscious motivators. It also provides potential shadow behaviors, which often get in the way of a person’s peak performance. This extraordinary tool helps clients to understand their unique reactions and behaviors in certain situations and environments. This inspires clients to take focused actions that guide them to become the best version of themselves so they feel totally empowered and energized. Research has shown that the more a person can stay in best self behavior the more successful they become.

Leadership Style/360 surveys:

These surveys provide cost-effective and reliable ways to provide candid and confidential feedback to individuals in a nonthreatening and non-confrontational manner about others perceptions of their interpersonal and leadership style. A baseline measure of how individuals perform behaviorally is set and this provides a measure of progress during the performance coaching process.

Team Surveys:

Based on Best Self-Surveys identifying each team member’s unique strengths, positive attributes and shadow behavior, which are behaviors that often surface under stress. This tool conveys the overall makeup of team dynamics by displaying the teams’ strengths, gaps and blind spots. As a result, the team collectively sets up an action plan. Individual and group coaching is implemented to encourage and increase work productivity. This results in a more accountable, better functioning team, and more effective and efficient project completion.
