Craig Lyon
Executive Coach
Craig Lyon is an executive coach specializing in behavioral performance who provides in-depth approaches to leadership development and systematic methods for building
high performing teams. He has devoted his life to individual and organizational transformation and is of the opinion “that the only way an organization can be the very best version of itself is for every individual within the organization to be the very best version of themselves.” Craig has studied team dynamics for many years and he believes this is the key for developing winning teams.
Providing a unique and detailed prescription for improved performance is essential in the workplace and in personal life, therefore, Craig is dedicated to helping others improve communication, enhance leadership skills and develop leadership style.
As a business consultant, Craig has been described as energetic, insightful, detail-oriented and trustworthy as he focuses on long-range planning strategies and processes, business culture analysis and environmental design.
Craig’s coaching and consulting strategies have been embraced nationally by various corporations, healthcare facilities, executives and professionals, as well as, an international e-commerce organization with over $1 billion in sales.
Since behavioral improvement is desired, a manageable set of critical actions must be addressed. Craig is adept at utilizing various proven tools which provide a baseline measure of how individuals perform behaviorally, and then provide a measure for progress. Coaching support is also provided, as well as, teaching and reference material to support behavioral growth and transformation. These systems provide the tools necessary for individuals to maximize employee contribution, inspire excellence in communication, build trust as well as respect, facilitate dynamic teamwork and cooperation; and maximize performance - all vital components to improving the bottom line.
During his 25 year career as a professional in the engineering and architectural fields, Craig was responsible for building and leading diverse teams to complete large scale projects. His ability to recognize the strengths and talents of people provided the necessary components to successfully complete projects in a competitive marketplace.
He is a member of the International Coach Federation, Graduate School of Coachville and the Pittsburgh Coaches Association. Craig attended Penn State University and is a graduate of Mt. Nittany School of Natural Health and the Dale Carnegie School of Leadership.
