Our clients are C-level executives, senior managers and team leaders of for profit and nonprofit organizations.

Formed by Rosemarie Perla, licensed Psychologist and Executive Coach, in the year 2001 inspired by the new millennium and empowered by her good fortune to have worked in innovative research and university settings. She studied various means of delivering positive change within individuals and organizations by spending hundreds of hours evaluating research about developing human potential and transformation. Rosemarie saw hope in our evolving world at the dawn of this new century. Given the growing field of coaching her vision was to discover ways to apply the knowledge and wisdom gained through her 20th century learning to empower 21st century leaders and impact changing and diverse workplace environments.
